The project is for the Callaway County Road & Bridge Department and involves an asphalt overlay on Old Hwy. 54, south of Fulton. The bid number for this project is 2026-02. Sealed bids are to be submitted in accordance with the instructions, including indicating the bid number on the outside of the sealed bid. Bidders must be on the plan holder list for the project to receive notifications of updates or changes. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder as determined by the Callaway County Commission, which reserves the right to reject individual non-responsive bids or all bids. The Owner reserves the right to adjust the amount of work within the contract (both for the Base Bid and Alternate Bids) based on the bid prices to stay within the approved budget for the project of $800,000.
