Description

Renovation of a hospitality development in Chateauguay, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a hospitality development.

Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the City water and sewer networks. The scope of the project includes the separation of combined networks in the sector of Drolet, Prince, Jack-Circle Streets. More specifically, the scope of work will include the demolition of existing infrastructure and structures, environmental rehabilitation of the site, earthworks, construction of the rainwater management system including water retention infrastructure, civil works, construction of traffic lights system and landscaping. TIMELINE: Project is preliminary and is included in the city five-year capital expenditure program for 2027-2030. Project development is expected to begin in 2026, construction start is anticipated in 2027 with completion in 2029. Scope of work and timelines of the project implementation are being finalized.
