Site work for a residential development in Dryden, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a residential development.

The City of Dryden is extending their infrastructure to Van Horne Landing, to allow for the development of a new mixed-use neighbourhood. The proposed development encompasses approximately thirty acres; ten acres are currently owned by the city (Phase 1). We invite Proponents to contribute their expertise and perspectives to help shape a future-ready development that is economically viable, community-oriented, and aligned with the City of Dryden's vision.
