This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in North Vancouver, British Columbia. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The District of North Vancouver is seeking Quotations from vehicle suppliers to supply and deliver the following vehicles: 2 Ford F150 Lightning EV and 2 Ford F150 XL. Vehicles and all components and accessories offered should be based on current year models unless otherwise specified. The specifications for the required vehicles are detailed in the Fleet Vehicle Specifications, outlining the District’s minimum preferred requirements. Bidders should offer vehicles that best meet or exceed these specifications, and are encouraged to provide details where additional features may be of interest to the District. Quotations must be complete, specific, and provide sufficient details for comparative analysis. Submissions should include a completed Bidder Information Form (Schedule A), Pricing (Schedule B), and Fleet Vehicle Specifications (Schedule C), or formats similar to these Schedules. Bidders must indicate whether their product meets the specified requirements, and where not, provide clear details if features are an improvement or an alternative. Prices are to be quoted in Canadian funds and are to include all costs for supply and delivery, but exclude GST and PST, which should be shown separately. The vehicles are to be delivered FOB, freight prepaid, to the District's Operations Centre at 1370 Crown St., North Vancouver, BC. Electronic submission of Quotations is required via the District’s Bidding System. Bidders must be registered as a Plan Taker on the system, which will enable downloading of documents, receiving addenda notifications, and submitting questions. Quotations submitted in hardcopy will not be accepted. Late submissions will not be considered. If addenda are issued after a submission, the Bidding System will withdraw and mark the bid as incomplete, requiring resubmission. The evaluation and selection process will consider technical compliance, delivery lead time, and price, with the following weights: Technical (Vehicle meets/exceeds specifications) 30%, Delivery Lead Time 20%, Price 50%. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any quotations in whole or in part, to select more than one supplier, to order less or more vehicles, and to negotiate with bidders if required. The lowest price is not the sole determining factor; factors such as compliance to specification, compatibility, delivery date, warranty, and dealer support will be considered. All costs associated with preparing and submitting a Quotation are the responsibility of the bidder. The District may undertake negotiations with any bidder and reserves the right to cancel the process or not award any contract as a result of this ITQ.
