The prices quoted shall include labour, material and equipment for inspection, testing and preventative maintenance of fire extinguishers, sprinkler system, fire hose cabinets, kitchen suppression system and other systems as identified in each part. Proponents shall provide a single, all-inclusive lump sum price for the annual inspection of all fire and life-safety systems and equipment identified in Section 2.5, as well as the detailed equipment list in Appendix C. Service call hourly rates must be inclusive of all overhead costs such as supervision, mileage, travel time, service call fees (truck charge), labour, equipment, and material. All bidders must complete the required “Proof of Ability” section with their bid, including a list of similar work projects completed, for whom, and the value thereof; unless they have worked for the County in the preceding two years. The bidder shall declare any potential conflict of interest that could arise from bidding. The submission of the proposal must be made in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements outlined, and the County may accept any proposal in whole or in part, or elect to reject all proposals.
