Newfoundland Power invites companies to enter into a standing agreement to provide IT Infrastructure Services. The agreement will be for one year, with an option to extend by mutual agreement for an additional two years. Multiple contractors may be selected. Interested vendors must review the standing agreement details and complete the Contractor Schedules posted on the Bidding System, which include the Schedule of Prices, Schedule of Personnel, Schedule of Subcontractors, and Schedule of Experience. Submissions must be made electronically via the Bidding System before the closing time. Only electronic submissions are accepted; hardcopies are not permitted. All necessary documentation and contractor schedules must be submitted as specified. Vendors must also acknowledge any addenda and ensure their contact information is current in the Bidding System. Documentation such as an insurance certificate, WorkplaceNL Letter of Good Standing, Certificate of Good Standing (if incorporated), and a Business Continuity Plan are required. Contractors must follow all policies and procedures as posted by the Owner.
