Service contract for preventative maintenance and repair of bathrooms, kitchens, and wet areas at the Phoenix Veterans Hospital. Work includes all pre-restoration activities necessary before the restoration process, such as removal of floor coatings, caulking, polyurethane, and replacement of partitions or other impediments. Tasks may also involve grout sawing where grout depth is insufficient for permanent bonding of glazing compound. The contractor is responsible for identifying and completing all work required to fully correct the condition and appearance of the Medical Center floors. After cleaning, sanitizing, and prepping the floors, the contractor will apply the SaniGlaze restoration process to protect tile and grout from contamination. Location: Phoenix Veterans Hospital, 650 E Indian School Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85012. All questions are due NLT January 20, 2026, at 1:00 PM MST.
