The work involves the replacement of the roadway culvert under North Country Meadow Lane. The contractor will furnish all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, labor, and other services necessary for the construction and completion of the project. All work and materials used and furnished shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by WSB, LLC. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, plainly marked with the project name and the bidder's information. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check or a bidder's bond in the amount of five percent of the amount bid as a guarantee. Construction, Maintenance, and Statutory Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price with a Corporate Surety licensed in Oklahoma are required. The Maintenance Bond will guarantee the repair of any damage due to improper materials or workmanship for one year after acceptance. The contractor must commence work within 10 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed and complete the work within 60 calendar days unless extended by the contract documents. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or defects and to reject any and all bids. Conditional bids are not accepted, and site inspection and review of contract documents are the responsibility of each bidder. All applicable laws and regulations shall apply.
