Modernization of one hydraulic passenger elevator (capacity 1134 kg / 2500 lbs, speed 125 fpm). Includes new power unit (pump, motor, valve, tank), new microprocessor control system, car operating panel with hands-free telephone, hall stations, door operator and hardware, cab upgrade, rewiring, cylinder replacement with PVC protection, LED lighting, and fire alarm/electrical modifications.
