The City of Mount Clemens reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities in bidding. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, payment, maintenance and guarantee bonds and insurance certificates. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the receipt of bids
