The Contract includes maintenance work for Capital Region Water-owned utilities, including but not limited to Capital Region Waters existing sanitary, combined and storm sewer collection and conveyance systems and water distribution system to include repairs of existing facilities, upon issuance of a Work Order by Capital Region Water. The Work of this Contract is intended to include dig-up and open cutor excavation type maintenance work. The Work includes all materials, equipment, labor, necessary apparatuses, and other miscellaneous labor and materials as contemplated by the Contract Documents. Questions Due Date: Jan 28th 2026, 4:00 PM EST Questions Online Portal The Contract will be for a three (3) year period as described in the Contract Documents. Capital Region Water reserves the right to reject any or all bids to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in a Bid or the Bid procedure and to accept any Bid which it may deem to be for or in the best interest of Capital Region Water.
