Flood control groundwork. Dirt work, drainage control needed around 3408 Campbell & 2408 Harris to divert water away from the back porch and west side of each unit to acquire positive drainage north towards roadway. Project will not include sod/seed replacement. SIDEWALKS: POSSILBE SIDWALK: Concrete sidewalks shall be 3,500 PSI at 28 days and shall be air entrained. Sidewalks shall be 4" thick, reinforced with #3 bars @ 16" O.C. Linear with #3 cross-ties @ 24" O.C. Contractoris responsible forthe following: All work is completed to meet any, and all applicable state or local codes. Provide all labor, materials and equipment required to complete the work. Grading orsloping to ensure positive drainage from all sidewalks. General Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance as required. All utility locates. .Any, and all necessary repairs to any utility or any privately or tribally owned property damaged, during the completion of this work.
