Renovation of a library in San Francisco, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a six-story above grade library.

This project consists primarily of the replacement of the existing built up roofing system at the San Francisco Main Library at 100 Larkin Street. The new roofing system will be an SBS Modified Membrane Roofing over new roof insulation. This project also includes work to other building systems at the roof to enhance and restore moisture protective performance, including new wet sealant at the skylights, curtainwall and clerestory windows, work to the existing standing seam metal roofing, new liquid applied roofing and elastomeric coating where indicated, work at the cornice, and new roof drains and connective plumbing at the existing skylight.
