Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Quesnel, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Cariboo Regional District is enlarging the Quesnel Pre-Treatment Plant in order to provide a more functional space for the utility operators. The expansion will include new office spaces, a new Heavy Storage Bay and a new roof structure. The successful proponent will act as a General Contractor and will be responsible to provide to the Region a completed project including all doors, windows, HVAC System, mechanical / plumbing, electrical, flooring, concrete walkways, concrete pad for the entire fenced in compound and construction in accordance with the drawings provided in Attachment 1. The following details the Scope of Work that should also be included (but shown as a separate item in the proposal): Upgrade Existing Lighting (in the “Existing Plant Room’) Paint (in the “Existing Plant Room”) Demolition and removal of all waste is to be included in this scope.
