BASE BID: IL-65-1/Flora Units 301 and 303 South Locust: Work includes abatement of the existing ACM flooring, mastic and drywall. Remove the existing hot water baseboard heating system and patch slab. Replace the sanitary piping. Replace domestic water piping and fixtures. Install washer box and dryer connection. Replace the shutoff valve on the main water line. Replace the kitchen cabinets, sink and countertop. Replace the load center and wiring in the unit and all devices and light fixtures. Install new single water heater for both units, remove the mini split units and install a new ducted HVAC system and soffits. IL-65-1/Flora Site 2B Units 514 and 516 Second Street: Work includes abatement of the existing ACM flooring and mastic on the first and second floors including removing the underlayment. Remove the existing HVAC unit and infill the below slab ductwork openings. Replace the sanitary piping. Replace domestic water piping and fixtures. Replace the shutoff valve on the main water line. Replace the kitchen cabinets, sink and countertop. Replace all interior doors. Install new vinyl plank flooring, stair treads, and paint the entire unit. Replace the load center and wiring in the unit and all devices and light fixtures. Install new water heater, install a new ducted HVAC system and soffits.
