Renovation of an educational facility in Anjou, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Reference number: 20116218 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-01-26 Decontamination and securing of the crawl space at Des Roseraies Primary School located at 6440 Boulevard des Galeries d'Anjou. Decontamination work consisting of physically removing and safely disposing of all materials, stored equipment and debris present. Everything stored is considered contaminated by mould. The aim is not to restore the stored equipment, but to dispose of it. There is no requirement to clean or disinfect the crawl space. The crawl space is divided into two sections that are connected by large openings: Section 1: a recreational area for playing petanque. Section 2: a crawl space containing mechanical equipment such as ventilation ducts that supply the school and the water inlet. The decontamination work consists of: demolishing and removing the wooden structures that make up the recreational area: 100 m2 demolishing all gypsum walls and their structure 220 m2 demolishing the wooden platform and wooden furniture 50 m2 removing all stored furniture and equipment removing shelves attached to the walls and all posters removing all waste recovering all electronic equipment for recycling.
