This acquisition is for multiple Indefinite-Delivery Contracts (IDC) to provide nationwide Architect-Engineer (A-E) services in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR Subpart 36.6. The contracts will cover primary disciplines including Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Environmental, Fire Protection, Civil, and Structural engineering. Work will primarily support USDA-APHIS, but any USDA agency may issue task orders under these contracts. Each contract will have a base period of up to one year with four one-year option periods, an annual contract value of $3 million, and a total IDC value not to exceed $15 million. Services will include design and engineering tasks negotiated under individual task orders. Firms will be selected based on demonstrated competence and qualifications, and subcontracting goals apply for large businesses, including allocations to small, disadvantaged, women-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and HUBZone businesses. The NAICS code is 541330 with a small business size standard of $25.5 million. Location: Nationwide (services may be performed at various USDA locations across the United States).
