The requirement is for construction services in support of the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) mission. The scope includes general test support, new construction, repair and maintenance of test structures and articles, and demolition and remediation at various test sites. Work will involve executing construction efforts under multiple task orders, which may be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Time and Materials (T&M), or Firm-Fixed-Price Level of Effort (FFP LOE). The contract will incorporate applicable FAR clauses such as 52.246-4, 52.246-12, and 52.246-13. The initial ordering period will be five years, with an option to extend for an additional five years. Task orders may continue for up to 12 months beyond the ordering period to complete major construction efforts. The estimated total value is $400 million over ten years, with $200 million allocated for the base period and $200 million for the option period. Location: Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, and White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico.
