Site work and paving for a civil project in Nicholasville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project will consist of upgrades to the existing lift station at the West Jessamine High School site. The upgrades will include replacement of (1) existing manhole with new manhole, reconnection of existing sanitary lines to manhole, replacement of the existing sanitary pipe from manhole to wet well of lift station withsanitary from manhole to wet well, providing new data rack, new control integration of lift station pump system to district Building Automation System, and installation of new storm drainage consisting of new storm drain outlets, piping, trenching, and patching of asphalt drive. All work is to be performed over the summer break, starting May 27, 2026, and completed and functional priorto August 7, 2026. School returns on August 12, 2026. All requests for clarification during the bidding process shall be submitted in writing to Josh Cairell at josh.cairell@stweng.com. All questions are to be submitted no later than Tuesday, February 3, 2026, by 4:00 PM(EST).
