The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit proposals for acceptance by the Borough to provide proposals from qualified firms to provide professional design services, surveying, and construction administration services for three road projects: Bastien Drive, Lighthouse Street and Rozella Drive in the Road Service Area (RSA) Capital Improvement Project (CIP). Question Deadline 01/22/2026 at 5:00 PM AKT Questions may be submitted through the online questions and answers section of this bid on online faxed to (907) 714-2373 or emailed to purchasing@kpb.us. The subject line of the email should read: Questions: RFP26-011 Bastien-Lighthouse-Rozella Road Design. According to the State of Alaska Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), small and minority businesses, women's business enterprises, veteran owned businesses, and labor surplus area firms are encouraged to bid.
