Renovation of a multi-residential development in Greenfield Park, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a three-story above grade, 45-unit multi-residential development.
Upgrades and repairs to the 45-unit social housing building located at 79 Tisseur Street in Longueuil. The scope of work includes exterior renovation including balconies, windows, masonry, and cladding, interior renovation including painting and flooring in common areas (corridors, stairwells, and common rooms), upgrades to the mechanical and electrical components, associated civil engineering work. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded professional consultants for design and construction work monitoring. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in early summer 2026. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling construction start is not anticipated before late winter/spring 2027.
