Reference Number 0000311631 Question Acceptance Deadline 2026/02/03 4:00 PM CT This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba ("Manitoba"), as represented by the Department of Public Service Delivery, Capital Project Planning and Delivery ("CPPD") to prospective Contractors to submit proposals for Legislative Building Exterior Lighting Upgrade as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3) (the "Work"). In consideration of Manitoba's procurement policies and applicable trade agreements, for this Solicitation, preference will be given to Canadian suppliers who have submitted compliant submissions meeting all essential requirements of the solicitation. Manitoba may re-issue this tender at its sole discretion. The work is being done at 450 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB. The work site location will be fully occupied during construction. The Scope of Work includes, but not limited to, a comprehensive lighting upgrade covering architectural, interior, exterior, and specialty feature lighting systems throughout the building and surrounding grounds.
