Description

Renovation of an industrial development in Gatineau, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 0-square-foot, 0-story below grade industrial development.

The project consists of modifications to the HVAC system within the BGIS workshop, which will remain occupied and operational throughout the execution of the Work. The Work shall be carried out in phases to allow the continued use of unaffected areas. The Contractor shall review, comply with, and implement the applicable requirements of the Project-Specific Scope of Work (SOW). Official bid documents must be obtained from www.bgis.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Question Deadline: 01/26/2026 at 7:00 PM ET Site Walkthrough: 01/21/2026 at 2:30 PM ET Location: security sign-in desk (room 143) at 15 Eddy St (LTDLC), Gatineau QC. Event Note Please arrive early to get through Security. Photo ID and clearances are required. Bidders are advised that there will be an MANDATORY site visit to be held on the date specified within item 2.6.15. A maximum of one representative of each Bidder or its authorized representative, are permitted to attend the MANDATORY site visit. Attendees will meet the BGIS Project Manager Tracy Demers at the security sign-in desk (room 143) at 15 Eddy St (LTDLC), Gatineau QC. Site visits will be conducted in small groups.
