The work covers the execution and delivery of construction services specific to Block 2 in Ottawa, Ontario, focusing on revised facade retention structural steel framing. Trade Partners specialized in this field are sought for bid pricing purposes. Proponents are encouraged to involve Indigenous businesses and individuals in performing the work under this contract. Only those qualified through the Request for Qualification (RFQ) process will be permitted to submit tenders, and submissions must be made via Building Connected following the completion of a Non-Disclosure Agreement. Interested proponents must email the duly completed Non-Disclosure Agreement appended to this notice to ashley.matier@pomerleau.ca to gain access to the RFQ on Building Connected. Qualifications submitted in response to this notice on MERX will not be considered. * The project value listed reflects the package estimate.
