The scope of work involves relocating existing aerial power and communication lines to underground service at Monte Vista Water District's Plant 1, requiring full coordination with Southern California Edison (SCE) and Frontier Communications. The contractor will perform site verification, removal of existing equipment, trenching and conduit installation, vault construction, and installation of new transformers, switchboards, disconnect switches, and associated electrical components per utility specifications. Work includes coordinating inspections, approvals, cable pulling, and energization with the utilities. Install Approx. 330ft Conduit Trench With 2" Pvc Conduit From New Switchboard 'ms' to Impacted Buildings. 7. Install Associated Circuit Breakers, Pullboxes, Communications Vault and Cables.
