Grounds maintenance services include mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup of turf areas, as well as pruning and maintenance of shrubs and trees to ensure a neat and professional appearance. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, and materials necessary to perform these services in accordance with established standards. Work also includes removal of debris, litter, and fallen branches, maintaining irrigation systems, and ensuring proper drainage. Seasonal tasks such as fertilization, aeration, and pest control may be required to maintain healthy turf and plant life. All work must be performed with minimal disruption to cemetery operations and in a manner that respects the dignity of the site. Period of Performance: Base: 1 April 2026- 31 March 2027 SOLICITATION QUESTIONS: All questions regarding this solicitation are to be submitted to the Contracting Officer via email, no later than January 26, 2026, at 12:00pm EST.
