This includes installation of a new HDPE generator fuel line, connecting to an existing fuel tank, connecting to a forwarding skid, grading, vegetative restoration, and any other miscellaneous and incidental items that may be shown on the drawings or required for complete installation. The project location is in the City of Chillicothe, Missouri, Livingston County, specifically at the Chillicothe Municipal Utilities Substation. The work also includes construction of fill, compaction, pavement removal and installation, curb and gutter installation, repair and installation, erosion control, material sampling and testing, certifications, adjustment of existing structures, coordination with jurisdictional agencies, and responsibility for construction standards, traffic control, and safety requirements. Permits must be secured from the respective authorities, and all necessary regulatory requirements must be met. The contractor is also responsible for locating and repairing any existing underground utilities damaged during the work and for providing the necessary surveying and construction staking.
