Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Boca Raton, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The scope of work includes Construction of a community improvement and upgrade project in the Lake Floresta/Old Floresta and Tunnison Palms. This includes water, sewer, stormwater, sidewalk and roadway systems. Question Deadline 02/12/2026 at 3:00 PM ET Interested Proposers may submit questions via the City's eSourcing Portal. Material changes, if any, to the RFP will only be transmitted by written addendum and shall be made in accordance with the RFP instructions. Non-Mandatory Site Inspection/Site Visit SITE IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC A Written request to return the RFP security shall be submitted to Neil Phillips through the following email address: nphillips@myboca.us. An RFP bond will be returned by U.S. mail. The Old Floresta neighborhood project area is bounded by NW 7th Street on the north, NW 7th Avenue onthe east, south W. Palmetto Park Road Right-of-Way on the south and NW 11th Ave on the west (Project Limits as shown in Figure A). Project limits do not include the St. Paul Lutheran Church and School property. The total length of roadway within the Project Limits is approximately 38,750 linear feet. The scope of work within these limits is generally Figure A: Old Floresta Neighborhood Project Limits Extend sidewalk and remove/replace sidewalk along NW 7th Street between NW 7th Avenue and NW 9thCt., to the extent agreed upon by the CITY and CONSULTANT. Extend sidewalk on NW 8th Avenue from NW 7 th Street south to W. Palmetto Park Road. The Evaluation Committee will shortlist no fewer than three Proposers (assuming there are a minimum of three Responsive and Responsible Proposers). By consensus, the committee will establish a listing of the short-listed Proposers. In the event that less than three proposals are received, all Responsive and Responsible Proposers will move forward to Phase II. Evaluation will include but not be limited to statements of qualifications and performance data as submitted in the Proposal document to obtain the short-list. The Evaluation Criteria used will be the same for both Phase I and II. Phase II - The Evaluation Committee will conduct discussions and may schedule presentations with the short-listed firms and will evaluate the short-listed firms and identify in order of preference. Each shortlisted firm is in equal standing at the beginning of the Phase II Evaluation. A. In general, the Work includes water and sewer infrastructure improvements and roadway, stormwater, and right-of-way improvements within the Lake Floresta Park, Tunison Palms, and Old Floresta Historic District neighborhoods. The project area is bounded by the LWDD L-8 Canal to the north, the El Rio Canal to the east, W. Palmetto Park Rd to the south, and NW 12th Avenue to the west. The scope of work is generally outlined below and more specifically identified in the Contract Documents. 1. Installation of approximately 34,190 linear feet of water mains and 7,040 linear feet of force mains within road rights-of-way to replace existing mains. This includes abandonment of the existing water main and force main systems, tieins to existing systems, new water services, relocation and reconnection of the water services from the new water main to the house where existing water mains were located at the rear of properties, new fire hydrants, as well as restoration of private and public property. 2. Rehabilitation and conversion of existing Eductor Lift Station (LS) No. 27 into a duplex style submersible pump station utilizing the existing precast concrete manhole as the pump station wet well and including installation of a new valve
