Renovation of a medical facility in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Replace Supply And Return Fuel Lines Building 54 Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, and tools to replace supply and return fuel lines in accordance with the statement of work at Building 54, James A. Haley Veterans Hospital. This project is 100% set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and requires prospective offerors to be verified SDVOSBs at the time of offer submission. Responses must be on an all-or-none basis, and partial submissions will not be accepted. Quotes must include a company background, evidence of insurance liability, documentation of specialized equipment and personnel, copies of all current licenses and certifications, a completed Limitation of Subcontracting Certification, a completed New Vendor Form, and information on past performance including three references with details of recent and relevant work. The evaluation will be based on price, technical approach, compliance with subcontracting limitations, and past performance. All offerors must be registered and complete in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time offers are due. Insurance requirements include workers' compensation and employer's liability, general liability, and automobile liability as specified. All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be in writing, sent by email to katrina.tavares@va.gov and must be received no later than (NLT) Friday, January 23rd, 2026, by 11:00 AM EST.
