The County of Orange (County) by and through its residential nursing home, Valley View ("FACILITY") is seeking qualified vendors to provide monitoring, inspection, testing, scheduled preventive, unscheduled maintenance, and repair services ("SERVICES") thereto at FACILITY located at 2 Glenmere Cove Road, Goshen, NY 10924 as described in the specifications portion of this RFB. 2. Contract Award. The successful offeror (Vendor) awarded a contract under this RFB ("Contract") must provide Inspection, Maintenance and Repair Services as required in this Scope and Specifications portion of this RFB.
