Great River Greening seeks proposals and quotes from qualified and experienced firms to perform the selective habitat enhancement activities across 199.4 acres area at Bend in the River Regional Park in Rice, MN. Requested services for this project are for the enhancement of forest and prairie. ** Bid date info : Mailed proposals are to be sealed in mailing envelopes or packages with the responder's name and address written on the outside. Each copy of the proposal must be signed in ink or with an electronic signature. Only submit 1 copy of the proposal. Question Deadline 02/02/2026 at 4:30 PM CT ** site visit : The purpose of this site visit is to give vendors an opportunity to ask questions, see the site, and walk the project area. Attendees should expect to walk about 1.5 miles during the site visit Scope of Services The proposal submitted will be requested to provide selective habitat enhancement activities as detailed in the Work Plan & Specifications. Due to grant budgets being built prior to the prevailing wage language change in 2024 we require all interested parties to submit budgets on all line items listed (not including bid alternates). We reserve the right to negotiate with the awarded bidder to stay within the grant budget. This could be in the form of reduced acres, activities and/or scope.
