In general, Patten Street in Boyd, Wisconsin, will be reconstructed as part of a project that includes approximately 3,300 linear feet of urban asphalt roadway, along with water main, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer improvements. A single prime bid will be received for the work. The contract awarded under this advertisement is funded in part by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG), the Wisconsin Safe Drinking Water Loan Program, and the Wisconsin Clean Water Fund Program. The project is subject to applicable federal and state regulations, including Wis. Adm. Code NR 162.08 and NR 166.11, Davis-Bacon wage rates, and requirements regarding conditions of employment, minimum wage, Section 3, Segregated Facilities, Section 109, and Executive Order 11246. Bidders must comply with civil rights, equal employment opportunity, and affirmative action provisions outlined in the Bidding Documents.
