Troy School District is seeking bids for asbestos abatement at Boulan Park Middle School. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through Buildingconnect.com. No physical, oral, email, telephonic, or telegraphic bids will be accepted. Bids must include sworn and notarized statements disclosing familial relationships and Iran Linked Business status. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, money order, or bid bond for at least 5% of the bid amount. Price proposals must remain valid for at least 60 days. The Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept any bid deemed in the District’s best interest.
