Separate sealed proposals are requested for three Prime Contracts: Site Contract, General Trades, and Electrical/Voice/Data Contract for the Honeoye Falls-Lima Central School District 2022 Capital Improvement Project - Phase 3D. Bidders must submit a copy of their valid NYS Department of Labor Public Work Contractor and Subcontractor Registry Certificate of Registration with their bid. Applications for registration are not accepted as a substitute. A Bid not accompanied by required bid security, the valid Certificate of Registration, or other required data, or that is incomplete or irregular, is subject to rejection. Bid documents may be obtained with a deposit and are available electronically or in paper at designated locations. Bids must be submitted on the provided form, prepared in duplicate, and enclosed in an envelope with the name and address of the bidder and the title of work. A separate envelope must be used for each contract. A Bid Bond or Certified Check payable to the Owner in the amount of 5% of the Bid is required as a guarantee. If awarded, the bidder must execute the contract and furnish a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond within ten days. Bids are to be held for forty-five days and must comply with conditions of employment and minimum wage rates. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all Bids. Work must commence and be diligently prosecuted immediately after contracts are signed.
