Demolition, site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Attica, Kansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Attica is accepting bids for the demolition and removal of two structures, foundations, and all other concrete on lot Bids are to be submitted with a price for the demolition and removal of the structure, foundation, and all other concrete on lot except for City sidewalks. The City reserves the right to accept the bid based upon the best total bid per structure or for all structures combined. The City of Attica reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities should they occur as may best benefit the City. The City reserves the right to make any investigation deemed necessary by the City to determine the ability of the bidder to do the project. Bidders shall furnish to the City such information as requested to determine the bidder's qualifications. The City further reserves the right to reject any bid if the City deems the bidder not properly qualified to complete the project. The City reserves the right to refuse all bids. Bids shall be guaranteed for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. A $100 per day penalty will be assessed after thirty (30) days
