Furnishing and Paying for all materials, labor, transportation, tools, equipment, machinery and services necessary for the Rehabilitation of a Single Family Residence This is a County Project funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The successful bidder will be required to conform to the requirements of Chapter 104, HRS Wages and Hours of Employees on Public Works Law. The Director of Finance reserves the right to cancel this Invitation for Bid or to reject any or all bids in whole or in part if deemed to be in the best interest of the County. Question Deadline 02/03/2026 Any questions regarding the solicitation shall require submission of a question via PPS for clarification no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the date fixed for opening otherwise noted pursuant to the requirement ofthe solicitation.
