Renovation of a municipal facility in Wellington, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project No: 24-PF-023 is for the Rehabilitation of 121 W. 7th Street, Wellington, KS. Bidders must observe conditions of employment and pay Federal prevailing wage rates under the contract. Section 3 of the 1968 Housing Act, Section 109 of the 1984 Housing and Community Development Act, Executive Order 11246, and the Civil Rights Act of 1964 must be adhered to. Bids shall be submitted with a Bid Bond (or certified check) equal to 5% of the base bid. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting is required for both primary contractors and subcontractors at the project site. Proposals must be based solely on the Drawings, Specifications, and Addenda; substitute proposals are not permitted. Each proposal must include costs for Performance and Payment Bonds. Bids must remain valid for 30 calendar days after bid opening or as otherwise negotiated. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any bid, and waive any formalities. Question Deadline 02/20/2026 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Cheri Hulse at cherih@agoraarchitecture.com and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
