**As of March 31st 2026, the project was awarded to Vision Built Group, LLC, with an awarded amount of $63,131.95** Question Deadline 02/04/2026 Questions shall be submitted in writing via email to Director of Public Works, Rodney Due, at email rdue@myseminole.com. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the City in writing. Written comments or questions must be received by the City a t least forty-eight (48) hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) prior to the time set for the Bid Opening The Scope of Work will consist of pressure washing, crack repair, caulking, coating, and painting of stucco surfaces, walls, pillars, metal doors, windows, gutters, down spouts, frames, coping, and fascia, to include all labor, equipment, and materials to complete the work. Working hours shall be Monday thru Friday, between 7:00am - 7:00pm, Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm. No work on Sunday unless otherwise approved by the City. Disruption to the Community Building shall be kept to a minimum. A) Exterior Stucco Surfaces: 1) Pressure Wash all areas with (TSP 10622) to ensure proper adhesion of paint. Chlorine Solution will be injected through the unit to achieve a 1:3 ratio. All surfaces will be cleaned and free of dirt, mildew, and debris to ensure proper adhesion. 2) Apply sealer Shermin Williams Prep-Rite Pro Block Sealer 3) Paint in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. Match existing color. Use Shermin Williams order #0384152. B) Metal Corrugated Building 1) Pressure wash with TSP Savogran 10622 trisodium phosphate to remove dirt, mildew, and other debris to ensure proper adhesion of paint. 2) Inspect all areas to be painted. Repair any unforeseen damaged areas. Remove any rust and prep areas for painting. Match to existing color. 3) Apply one coat of Pro Industrial DTM Acrylic Primer 4) Apply one coat of Pro Industrial High-Performance Coatings. Use Shermin Williams order #0384152. C) Stucco Crack Repair: 1) Inspect all cracks and areas of stucco for voids or pocketswhere stucco has come free of wall. 2) All cracks will be patched with an elastomeric patch to prevent water intrusion. 3) All repaired areas will be textured to match adjacentsubstrate. D) Caulking: 1) All caulking that has failed or deteriorated will be removed and replaced with ConSeal Elastomeric Patching Material and Loxon H1 Low Modulus Sealant per manufacturer's specifications. Match existing color. E) Gutters and Downspouts (Includes Conduits and Water Pipes): 1) Pressure wash with a chlorine solution to remove dis-bonding paint, dirt, mildew, and other debris to ensure proper adhesion. 2) Apply one coat of Pro Industrial DTM Acrylic Primer 3) Apply one coat of Pro Industrial High-Performance Coatings Acrylic at approximately 250 square feet per gallon according to the manufacturer's specifications. Match existing color. Shermin Williams Chantily Lace White. F) Exterior Metal Doors and frames, Overhead doors, and frames 1) Pressure wash areas with TSP 10622 2) Mechanically remove and clean any rusting areas to ensure a quality finish. Match existing color. 3) Check all weather gaskets and seals, Replace if necessary. 4) Spot Prime all rusted or bare areas with a rust inhibitive primer (ProCryl Universal Primer). 5) Apply topcoats of Acrylic Semi-Gloss in accordance with the manufacturer'sspecifications. G) Aluminum Fascia: 1) Pressure Wash all areas with a minimum 2,500-psi to ensure a quality finish. Chlorine Solution will be injected through the unit to achieve a 1:3 ratio. All surfaces will be clean and free of dirt, mildew, and debris to ensure proper adhesion. 2) Apply one coat of Pro Industrial DTM Acrylic Primer 3) Apply one coat of Pro Industrial High-Performance Coatings Acrylic at approximately 250 square feet per gallon according to the manufacturer's specifications. Match existing color. Shermin Williams Chantily Lace White. H) Exterior Accent Stone Walls 1) Pressure Wash all areas with (TSP 10622) to ensure proper adhesion of sealer. All surfaces will be clean and free of dirt, mildew, and debris to ensure proper adhesion. 2) Apply two coats of Stone sealer in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. I) Pergola 1) Pressure Wash Pergola columns with (TSP 10622) to ensure proper adhesion of paint. Chlorine Solution will be injected through the unit to achieve a 1:3 ratio. All surfaces will be cleaned and free of dirt, mildew, and debris to ensure proper adhesion. Match existing color. Shermin Williams Chantily Lace White. 2) Pressure Wash Pergola top slats with (TSP 10622) to ensure proper adhesion of paint. Chlorine Solution will be injected through the unit to achieve a 1:3 ratio. All surfaces will be cleaned and free of dirt, mildew, and debris to ensure proper adhesion. Match existing color. Shermin Williams 3021 Spice Wood. J) Provide unit pricing for all materials. K) Any unforeseen damages need to be approved through ChangeOrder Bid Bond: Not less than 5% of the total Bid Amount.
