Bids must be accompanied by the following documents, among others: 4.1 A bond or cheque certified by a financial institution made payable to the City of Rimouski for an amount equal to ten per cent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, valid for sixty (60) days; 4.2 A duly completed and signed declaration by the bidder (certificate of integrity); 4.3 If required, a letter of intent from a duly authorized company guaranteeing that it undertakes to provide the following documents: a) a performance bond for 50% of the total amount of the bid b) a labour and materials payment bond for 50% of the total amount of the bid. 4.4 A certificate of tax compliance. 5. The City shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions in any notices or documents transmitted electronically. Therefore, all bidders must ensure that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders.
