Project Description: Jordan School District (JSD) is seeking to enter into a contract with a Bidder to provide Make-Up-Air Replacement for Rose Creek Elementary School. All inquiries relative to this bid need to be submitted by Thursday February 05, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. MST and will be answered though U3P Bonfire. Jordan School District (JSD) is seeking to enter into a contract with a Bidder to provide Make-Up-Air Replacement for Rose Creek Elementary School. Please see the full IFB attachment for all bid guidelines and requirements. This IFB is issued in accordance with State of Utah Procurement Code, Utah Code Annotated (UCA) Chapter 63G-6a, and applicable Rules found in the Utah Administrative Rules (UAR). If any provision of this IFB conflicts with the UCA or UAR, the UCA or UAR will take precedence. Location: Rose Creek Elementary School 12812 South 3600 West Riverton, UT 84065 o Start date: June 8, 2026 o Contractor to complete work per Specifications and Drawings. o Contractor needs to include any additional scope of work covered at walkthrough. o Contractor to provide all necessary electrical, control, and balancing work including equipment to complete project. o Work to strengthen the existing open-web trusses may be necessary to accommodate the new unit. o There will also be an alternate to provide a mini-split system for the dry storage room. o Any and all shutdowns of utilities need to be coordinated with the Jordan School District. o Substantially complete by: August 7, 2026
