The Project Base Scope generally consists of but is not limited to: replacing two A/C cooling units in the network racks in the Conlon Data Center and their two corresponding rooftop condenser units, one complete system at a time, and any other work as described in the project documents. The Add Alternate #1 Scope generally consists of but is not limited to: providing new refrigerant lines from the Conlon Data Center to the rooftop units, and any other work as described in the project documents. Bidders must be DCAMM certified as Prime/General in the HVAC category of work. All bids shall be submitted online at the specified website and received no later than the date and time specified. The awarding authority reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. This is a contractual requirement; no alternative software will be accepted. The Awarding Authority will pay for the associated software costs, not the Contractor.
