Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Markham, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Work is for road rehabilitation, including but not limited to asphalt removal, warm mix asphalt paving, curb replacement, culvert replacement, guiderail replacement, intersection improvements and pavement marking application, at the locations in the City of Markham, as further described in Appendix C - Form of Contract.
