Richmond Community Schools of Richmond, Indiana will receive bids for Richmond High School Main Entrance Renovation. All bids must be filed on the required State Form 96, properly signed and executed as evidence of financial responsibility, and submitted to the Chief of Operations at Richmond Community Schools. Each bidder must submit a bond, money order, cashier's check, or certified check for five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to Richmond Community Schools. Facsimile delivered bid forms will not be accepted. All bids must comply with applicable laws, and the Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept the lowest responsible and responsive bid (not necessarily the lowest bid), or to accept bids on one or more separate items. Detailed specifications and bidding procedures will be available upon request. Existing (4) Classrooms removed and turned into meeting rooms. 2. Existing foyer to receive check-in office and new finishes, lighting, and mechanical modifications. 3. New floor, wall, ceiling finishes; woodwork, trim and casework in waiting area and meeting rooms. 4. Electrical mechanical, and plumbing modifications as part of scope of work.
