Paint frames at Doors ALTERNATE #1: Administration suite renovation work ALTERNATE #2: PE & Athletics renovation work ALTERNATE #3: Classroom casework to be refinished. ALTERNATE #4: Refinish all wood door - The scope includes demolition, drywall, painting, commercial flooring, ceramic tile, epoxy flooring, signage, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical. All bidders must have current contractor's qualification on file with Braun & Butler. General liability and workers' compensation are mandatory prerequisites to submit a bid on the project. All MBE/WBE/HUB subcontractors/suppliers are strongly encouraged to submit proposals. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any and all proposals.
