Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The work consists of the removal and abandonment of deteriorating corrugated metal pipe (CMP) drainage infrastructure. The installation of a new roadway drainage system consisting of reinforced concrete pipe (RCP), precast drainage manholes, precast catch basins, headwall and precast drywells and appurtenances within a major Town roadway. Existing catchbasins will also be removed and disposed of and drain manholes will be abandoned in place. This project also includes full depth roadway reconstruction and re-alignment of Winter Street as shown on the plans, water service relocations at interferences with the new drain line system, restoration of driveway aprons, tree removal, and lawn restoration in the vicinity of the roadway and drainage improvements. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All Bids for this project are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended.
