Interior renovations to Lincoln Elementary School, Elk River High School, and Salk Middle School, including finishes, lighting, mechanical, and foodservice. Bidders in each Bid Category will be awarded a contract for all three schools and must have workforce to complete the projects concurrently. The scope of work will be bid and awarded by separate, District Bid Categories as outlined in Specification Section 01 12 02. Bidders shall review all Categories to determine which category they will provide a bid for. Bids for each Bid Category must include the cost of all three schools as applicable. Refer to section 01 12 02 for a list of bid categories and descriptions. Refer to Drawings and specification sections, and 01 12 16 for specific work sequencing and milestone schedules. All proposals must be made on the supplied bid forms. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Independent School District #728 in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the scheduled time of opening bids without the Owner's consent. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bids or parts, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. Substantial Completion of the project is required on or before August 14, 2026.
