Prep concrete surface , skim coat , and apply bone dry moisture mitigation . Provide and install Patcraft On the Right Foot 24 " X24 " walk off carpet . Provide and install Roppe 4" Cove Base . Color # 123 Charcoal . Approximately 800 Sq . Feet Blue Areas ( see map )- Patcraft On the Right Foot # 10305 , 24 " X 24 " walk off . Color Sterling # 00500 Scope of Work 3- Remove /demo stair treads , cove base risers , and glue . Prep surface .Provide and install Treads and Risers . Approximately 207 lineal ft . of 12 in . Stair treads and 6 in . cove base risers . Approximately 80 lineal ft . on 12 in . Stair treads and 7 in . cove base risers .
