Electronic bids are solicited for Athens Campus Annual Steam Repairs FY2026 at Ohio University. The project must comply with the State of Ohio Standard Requirements for Public Facility Construction. Bidders must use the State’s electronic bidding service, register, and create a digital ID. Requests for substitution of specified products, equipment, or services must be submitted no later than 10 days before bid opening and may be accepted only by written addendum. Prevailing wage rates and equal employment opportunity requirements apply. The project is subject to the State of Ohio’s Encouraging Diversity, Growth, and Equity (EDGE) Business Development Program, with a participation goal of 5 percent. The bidder must indicate service locations and affirm compliance with Executive Orders regarding providing services within the United States and prohibiting business with Russian entities. Domestic steel use requirements apply. Bidders are encouraged to be enrolled in an approved Substance Use Prevention and Recovery (SUPR) Program. The contractor is responsible for scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and providing services as identified in the contract documents.
