Description

Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Shelbyville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Completion of civil, electrical, signage and striping, site restoration, and installation of Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Equipment. Bids are invited for the products and/or services described. Each bidder shall submit its bid electronically in accordance with the Request for Proposal. The electronic copy of the bid must be in PDF format or another Microsoft compatible electronic format as determined by SPS. SPS reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any and all informalities and/or irregularities in the bid, to negotiate and/or renegotiate with any bidder the terms of its bid, and to accept any bid which in SPS’s opinion may be in the best interest of SPS. SPS further reserves the option to award more than one contract based on SPS’s assessment of its needs and the bidders’ qualifications. Prior to awarding the contract, SPS reserves the right to hold bids for a period of time not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of bid opening in order to evaluate the bids or to investigate the bidders’ qualifications. Each bidder shall state in its response that its bid shall remain effective for at least ninety (90) days after the date of the bid opening.
