Approx. 4,362 LF of 8-inch waterline and all appurtenances. 2. Approx. 1,727 LF of 12-inch water line and all appurtenances. 3. Approx. 5,572 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances. 4. Approx. 12,402 SY of 3-inch asphalt pavement (Local Road). 5. Approx. 15,025 SY of 12-inch compacted base (Local Road) 6. Approx. 8,908 SY of 15-inch compacted base (Collector Road) 7. Approx. 7,748 SY of 3-inch asphalt pavement (Collector Road) 8. Approx. 2233 LF of varying size storm sewer and drainage improvements. 9. Approx. 160 Lots of electric/ communication. The Owner reserves the rightto reject any or allbids and to waiveany informalitiesor minor defects. In case of the lack of clarity or ambiguity in prices, the Owner reserves the right to accept the most advantageous or reject the bid. All bids received after the closing time designated above will be returned unopened.
